Irina has an extensive background as a practitioner in the marketing effectiveness industry having worked in various media agencies and marketing effectiveness consultancies in both Europe and the US. In her most recent senior management roles at Data2Decisions, Carat and Kantar, she led the establishment and growth of a marketing effectiveness business and the scaling of different analytical solutions across clients and geographies. Irina holds an MSc in Business and Economics from City University, London, UK.
